Teta

Today is the 10 year anniversary of my grandma's passing, the event that got me into poetry... I seem to have dried up recently, but here's some of what I'd written for her during the years:

I miss you, Teta...

I'm sure she's smiling at you proudly from where she is~

I know that this is not appropriate to say in such a context, but darn you're gorgeous.

I still have not visited her (no I do not believe myself either). May God bless her.

Well, do that soon, for me. W sallimleh 3layha...
(No need to post poems to the tomb just to get comments about how it's blasphemous to write in English on Arabic graves; thank you!)

1. How modest of you, how you mentioned nothing in response to how gorgeous you are.

2. Since I'm in an FYP mood, it would be lovely to cover her grave from roots to tips with your poetry. How outrageous. Delicious.

Mwa,
Ton frere Ahmad (working on Mac so could not find the accent grave)

What a horribly open conversation.
